At this post office, you always get help and the staff are very friendly. Since that's not the case in my town, I make a special trip to the post office in Böhl to drop off my parcels and letters.

Because our post office in Meckenheim was closed for vacation, my package was taken to Böhl-Iggelheim. The collection slip stated the day and time, but when I arrived, my package wasn't there. Ms. Distler apologized that the post office hadn't delivered it yet (it wasn't her fault). Since I needed it for a birthday, but had appointments and couldn't be there before closing time, she offered to pick up the package from the main office in Hassloch and deliver it to me. I was amazed; you just don't get such a kind offer these days. It was truly outstanding. I wish there were more such kind people in customer service; they're a rare breed. Dear Ms. Distler, I will gladly come back to you again. Thank you so much, and best regards from Meckenheim.

This is truly a great little post office. From the manager to the assistants, everyone is very friendly and, above all, helpful. A small plus point for me personally: you can also have parcels sent to this branch.

Opening hours from 9:00 AM - not 8:30 AM - Google listing not updated The hours have been changed online, and I've now been able to visit multiple times. The staff is great. I enjoy going there :)
